Renting without a captain? Florida requires a boating safety course ID (FWC), and we'll ask for a photo ID before your trip. Add a captain and we handle it.
Child life jackets are aboard on request — let us know at least 2 hours ahead so we bring the right sizes.
The boats have built-in coolers, so please leave external coolers at home: they end up on the cushions and damage them.
Fuel isn't included. We refuel after your trip and charge the exact amount to your card on file, with a copy of the receipt.
Late returns are $85 per 30 min.
Any instance of running aground, striking bottom, or prop contact with sand/reef will incur a minimum $150 fee due to mechanical wear. Additional damage will be billed accordingly.

A $600 authorization hold is placed on your card before your trip. Applicable charges are collected from it and the rest is released.
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a full refund.
We watch the marine forecast for every charter. If conditions are unsafe — lightning, storms or high winds — we cancel on your behalf and you choose a full refund or a new date.
Want more time on the water? Extensions depend on the boat being free after your charter — ask us at least 1 hour ahead.
